Normal Lady Palms grow to 15 feet and are at least as tolerant of low light and neglect as the indestructible Parlor Palm. This small Lady Palm is native to Southern China and Taiwan and has quite distinctive broad, short and very stiff leaflets, with saw toothed leaf tips and prominent veins. Also, the leaf blades puff so that the edges curve downward. Dwarf Lady Palms grow at a rate of only 3 to 4 inches a year and must be propagated by offsets which is why they are not cheap. Excellent interior specimen.
