The Bromeliads are wonderful exotic plants for indoor use that will add color to any interior. To clean the rich foliage and brightly colored center, simply use clean water and a soft cloth. Over time the Bromeliad will begin to put out new plants or what we call "bonsai pUPS" from its base. These new plants can be separated when they become 1/2" - 3/4" tall. The new Bromeliads will flower if given sufficient light. After flowering the Bromeliad should be placed in the shade in a humid environment such as on a humidity/drip tray with water added.
